I have never required a GC in my life. Honestly, the undertaking was more than I believed I could handle. It became a Tenant Improvement Major and I had no idea how to navigate through permits, what to buy and do. Thankfully, we met Brandon and hired him. He listened to the vision, spoke with the architect, understood the finances and basically took care of everything. He was on time, had great communication, sent pictures of progress and potential pitfalls. He gave us pricing options, frequently communicated with the fire marshall, and city officials to get the permits. And in the end, he was UNDER budget (when does that happen?!) . Our business project was on time, cost less, and looked better than I could imagine. What else can I say , except , that Cogwheel Construction was a blessing and just plain awesome.
