The how-to-hang-artwork problem is real. Heavy mirrors and grouped frames require more than a nail and a guess. We measure, level and anchor everything properly—including into tile, plaster, wood or concrete.
Groupings and heavy mirrors need the right hardware, the right placement and good taste. Our installers have all three.
3. CEILING FANS
A wobbling ceiling fan is almost always an installation problem, not a product problem. We install new fans and fix existing ones so they stay true and run quiet.
4. LIGHT FIXTURES AND SMART SWITCHES
Swapping out a dated fixture or adding a dimmer switch seriously changes a room, hall or stairway. We handle standard fixture replacements and smart switch installs for our residential and commercial clients. Let us know what you’re working with and we’ll tell you what’s involved.
5. CURTAIN RODS AND WINDOW TREATMENTS
Hung too low, too narrow or with the wrong anchors, window treatments can be a headache. We install rods, blinds and shades at the right height and depth. And we always have a level in our back pocket.
6. DOOR AND WINDOW MAINTENANCE
Sticky doors, drafty windows, worn weatherstripping. These are slow-growing issues that can turn into bigger ones—and in a commercial space, they affect tenants and customers every day. We adjust, seal and replace hardware so things open, close and keep out the weather the way they’re supposed to.
A door that sticks is usually a quick fix once we get to it.
7. FURNITURE ASSEMBLY
Flat-pack furniture is a confidence trap. We assemble correctly the first time—no stripped bolts, no missing hex tool, no wobbly legs once it’s placed. We’ll also anchor shelving and dressers to the wall so there are no tipping issues.
8. DRYWALL PATCH AND PAINT
Whether it’s a hole from moving furniture, a toddler mishap or everyday wear and tear, we can patch, texture and paint drywall so the repair blends in perfectly. Color-matching paint is included. Note: Our team can get a drywall hold patched up in a day, but full paint finishes and blending takes about 4-5 days.
9. OUTDOOR PROJECTS: GATES, FENCING AND PATIO SETUP
A sagging gate, a falling-apart raised bed or a loose fence section gets worse with every season. We repair, rebuild and reinforce outdoor structures. We also handle patio furniture assembly, outdoor lighting and play set installations.
